This is overkill unless it's free. You don't need to balance the wheels unless you detect something. As one good example, today I replaced the tires on my 2008 C300 after 34K miles and they have NEVER required rebalancing since the car had 18 miles on it. And believe me, I have hit a few holes along the way.
