2006 c180k engine light on
Guys had to have the engine changed ,after the engine would not start ,,,,chain, tensioners valves bent, cam sprockets worn,they said wrong oil used (used castrol snythetic)??,anyway after 2 crank seals had to be replaced ,number 4 spark plug left loose,eng light back on and brake servo pump not working,,garage say the wrong exhaust cam in replacement engine from DIRECT ENGINES OF GLASGOW ,had to pay for a new servo,,,,,,,got car back driving ok on journey home, switched off restarted engine light back on,,,,CHECKED,, COMPUTER SAYING EXHAUST CAMSHAFT IN WRONG POSITION INTERMITANTLY??S GUYS ANY IDEAS AS TO WAT MAY BE WRONG AS I DONT TRUST THE ENG SHOP ,ANYMORE AND WILL PUT IT ELSE WHERE TO BE CHECKED IF ITS THE ENG I WILL NEED TO GO BACK TO THEM OR PAY OUT EVEN MORE
