1995 c280
95 C280, no air from center vents.
After having the car for a short time the center vents quit blowing air. Now after a short time after starting the car the air just blows out of all the vents, Except the center. The vacuum actuators are working and there is vacuum on the line going to the switchover valve. after reading several post i have not found the solution.

Thanks for any help..
