Which one did you think made the day/night difference to your car, whether it is interior, exterior, engine, whatever it is that was not included when you bought your car.
I know many of us has more than one mod, but if you were to say just one, which one would it be?
I will start. I have 10+ mods on my car but if i were to choose one, it will be the new facelift 2010-2011 side mirror cover

2012 C250 Coupe
Here is my entire modlist on my 2012 C250 Coupe (minus the rims that are going to be put on shortly):
- JB+ Tune - Dialed to MAX (Burger Motorsports)
- BMS K&N intake (Burger Motorsports)
- 35% Tints
- SL-Style Grill
- Blacked out lower middle portion of front bumper
- C63 Diffuser
- Titanium C63 styled quad exhaust
- Factory Muffler and Resonator delete, replaced by single magnaflow magnapack and y-pipe to feed quad exhaust tips
- 6000k LED reverse lights
- Tinted tail lights
- 6000k LED interior vanity and dome lighting replacement
I really have no idea what single mod I would have to pick as I love them all. Each day I could pick a different one depending on my attitude. The SL-Style (soon to be C63 replica grille) gives the car a completely different look. But yet, so does the quad exhaust, making the vehicle look much more aggressive. The tints give much more depth to any car, clearly making any vehicle look instantly less-stock. Then of course, is the tune and intake which makes the vehicle behave like a mini-evo.
However, overall, I would have to say Quad Exhaust is my favorite mod. It is the single mod that has gotten the most head turns/compliments. And not to mention, the car sounds amazing now, so everytime you drive the car, you notice the mod, instead of a grille which you only see when you're looking at the front of your car.
So in a short answer, Quad Exhaust or any exhaust mod, like X-Pipe.

That wasn't a spelling lesson. Wikipedia has a good description of what it means. Haven't seen the term used in eons.
