Random Flashing Lights
I'm afraid it is going to make my battery die if I let it flash randomly all night. Any tips would be amazing. Please be specific, however. I'm a girl and I only know a little about cars.
You may want to make sure you have it on video if it is very random just incase they can't reproduce it at the dealer. For me, the next time in, they said they couldn't reproduce it and I showed them the video. The SA acted like they still couldn't switch out the module since they couldn't reproduce it at the shop. I asked him to note on my service request that I have shown this happening on video and then I would promply go out later tonighht and crash my car into something.
He looked at me, smiled and said it would be taken care of.
Any suggestions?
The lights above the headlights start randomly flashing, the car has been parked, locked and sitting there for at least 1 hour.
QUOTE=vandyam;5294303]I am having a problem with my 2010 c300. All of a sudden (tonight), it started flashing lights for no reason. This is happening at random intervals, and the blink is very sudden. It is just the side lights (orange ones) on the front of the car and the lights ABOVE the headlights. The headlights themselves do not flash. The alarm is working fine (I checked, because some preliminary searching yielding results saying it might be an alarm problem). The way the lights are flashing, it seems as though it might be a short or something. Any idea what this can be?
