Top Speed Auto - Quad Tips
I have recently been in contact with Top Speed Auto in regards to the Quad Tips they sell on ebay. I found them through a user on the forum here, jctevere, as he already has a set of the Titanium Color Coated Quads on his car. I have found out that they have the Plain Polished Tips also available, which I placed an order for. I know it does not say "AMG" on them but this is great for those that are looking for similar style quad tips.

^^ what he said
I had to modify my s500 tips i bought and accidentally put the inlet pipe in the middle, and boy was it a ***** to put on.
Have the inlet on the sides (when face the exhaust, the left one should have the inlet pipe on the left, and the right should have it on the right)
correct me if im wrong

Yes, I failed to mention that. Sorry! I realized that jctever has his straight piped. Looks like my shop will have some modding to do. I'd do straight pipe but don't our mufflers contain the catalytic converter?

I highly doubt it'll cost double the price of the tips, its not rocket science...its just cutting and welding. My car is in the shop since someone hit me. As soon as I get it back and get these on, I will post some photos of how the modifications are done, that is if they are able to do it. lol

Nice! So you're saying you did not have to modify the tips with your aftermarket mufflers? Which aftermarket mufflers did you purchase? Just saw some pics on your build. Looking good! do you have any pics from below to show your exhaust build?

the mufflers i have on now are the magnaflow mufflers. i do have one picture but its not directly below. if you want me to post it let me know
yes please. do you have any more info on the magnaflow muffler such as product number? i just wanted to see the design of it as to how the tips could be straight welded without modifying. Could possibly just order new mufflers as well.
Yes, I did. Will these work if magnaflow mufflers were installed in place of the stock mufflers?
Jimmythegreek's set up looks like they are the Y type tips:

I believe from other threads the Magnaflow part numbers are:
Satin: 11375
Polished: 14375
Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I just got my car back today after not having it for 2 months from being rear ended. I'll take photos soon with the tips on. The shop had to re-fabricate the Y-Pipe because of the offset of the stock muffler.
the tips will work on a magnaflow muffler but you will need to get the piping re-fabricated. I will let Top Speed know and hopefully they can fabricate it accordingly for faster/cheaper install.

If Top Speed fix this centre/off-side issue I would definitely look into getting the exhaust tips from them. All I'd need is a C63 diffuser and those tips and I'd be good to go for the quad tip conversion.
