Just plasti-dipped my front grill :) (pics)
I was bored and decided to plasti dip my grill and emblems. I did ZERO prep work besides hitting my grill with a pressure washer and wiping it down with paper towels(1st time I figured I would have to re-do it anyways) It turned out perfect and I have washed it 6 times since and hit it with a pressure washer and it has held up perfect. Since the pictures I have tinted the windows 20%. Been a busy week. Enjoy!

So most of the grill was chrome and like I said, I did zero prep work and have put it through a pretty hard test for the 1st week. I even used a brush on it and its fine.
And yes, I did 4 half *** coats. I literally could not have done this more half assed as I was doing this while I was at work and would run out for 3min every 30min to apply a new coat. It even sat in the sun and dust while drying.
The hardest part of the whole job was buying the cans at Home Depot, I mean I think a 3year old could do this and make it look good. +1 to Plasti-Dip!!
This week I am doing my M5 and 300c Wheels so I will post pics of that when its done so you can see how it looks.

C250 Sedan
Looks really good. Where did you find the instructions for removing the grille? We have a 2012 C250 sedan and want to replace the classic grille with a sports grille. Just wondering the DIY difficulty level. Is the dealer the best place to buy this part?

It pops right out. Open the hood, push the bottom of the grill towards the engine and then slide out the top.

Yup. At first, I opened my hood and tried to figure it out and it looked like a pain in the ***, but then I googled it and it took me 10sec to get my grill out. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=How+to+remove+w204+front+grill
