2009 w204 COMMAND radio20 software upgrade questions

Hi. Newb to this forum and the W204.
VIN : WDDGF54X89R067199

I've been perusing this forum trying to determine what features can be enabled / updated just from a software update (no hw changes) on my 09 W204. It currently does not have any NAV options and the BT phone page has only "Business Cards" - no contact list. Is this something that can be "adressed" with a firmware/software update?
According to the star tekinfo "data card" it has RADIO20, and COMMAND. I apologize for not being able to find this out for myself, but if anyone knowledgeable can point me in t the right direction i would really appreciate it!

I'm fairly certain the new firmware updates will address several of the bluetooth shortcomings from the previous models (including the ability to toggle Bluetooth audio streaming, and better Contact list integration with your phones)

Here's one of the threads I used as reference for the COMAND updates. I'm actually taking my car in to get a firmware update tomorrow (early manufacture 2011 C350), I'll ask about the bluetooth updates specifically and let you know what I find out.
