MB C-180 M271 BLUEFFICIENCY LIMP MODE PROBLEMS
I have a c-class 1.6 blueefficiency of 2010 (M271 engine) that I bought used 10-months ago from UK and brought it into Cyprus. For the last 3-months now I have a problem and the mechanic cannot figure it out.
As I drive the car gives me ESP unavailable, goes into limp mode, check engine light goes on. After I switch off 1-2 times all goes back to normal.
He said its the battery, giving low voltage so we changed the battery but still the problem persist.
Sometimes during idle the car rpm swipples abit and the engine shakes. The mechanikctried to change the idle throttle module then did 2-3 software upgrades suggested by MB but still the problem is there.
Anybody can advise what the problem might be?
