C350 ECU tune and the result is disappointing

Which brings us full circle to who cares what the numbers are? If it feels better enough to justify the price, this was a successful operation. If it doesn't feel better enough to justify the price, even great test results are meaningless. One of the lessons I used to teach my younger Marketing staff is that people don't buy features...they buy benefits.

Doesn't the C350 have higher starting stats than I'm reading on the dyno results? I see an improvement that I would be happy with for $750 and only an ECU tune. Just sayin.

Sportstick numbers do matter, they tell if the product provides the advertised gains that you based your purchase on. And in this case, they told alot more than that. But you must understand what they are talking about.
From what I have seen, the advertised gains are only about 5-6%, and not much for the $ spent. Also, it seems like most of the vendors use the same source for the "flashed" upgrade.

If he was refering to the mustang-dyno chart, he was either incompetent, or a liar.

OEM -> Tune
268 --> 284 hp -- +6%
258 --> 273 tq -- +6%
You know there is a couple percent change in back to back dyno runs, and a couple percent in engine to engine, off the ***'y line.
Any dyno's, and what mods do you have? Did the tuner ask this before he flashed the ecu ?

I like the chart, especially if no others mods were made and if it's auto tranny. The torque improvements and relatively linear increase in power between 2700-5000 rpm should make the ride much more fun than before tune.

Before Max HP --- 208.5
After Max Hp ----- 223.8
gain = 15.3 hp, just like the man said.
What was the tuner, Eurocharged ?

It was OE Tuning
I also bought from them a handheld which I can switch back to stock to race gas to valet or back to 93 oct tune
The chart spells it out. There were many test runs that showed the curves are extremely consistant ... a good thing.

My max is 229.9 hp it means i gain 20 hp is that corract ?????
I contact jerry hear is his email
At 3800 RPM you went from 181whp to 220whp. *That's a gain of 39whp. *At 3800 RPM you also went from 204wtrq to 276wtrq. *That's a gain of 72wtrq.

Look at that toque gain at 3800 rpm. The ratio is 276/204 = 1.35, for a 35% gain in torque with just a tune. Jerry would have you believe that at 3800 rpm, you have the performance of a 1.35 x 3.5 = 4.7L engine.
Jerry has no idea what he is talking about. He's trying to make sense out of nonsense.
My guess would be that both curves are incorrect, in that the tuned curve predicts 227 hp at the engine (WCF), vs 268 hp stock. This means it's possible you got the 6% increase (that you said you felt) , but no dyno data to show it.
