All I want is my radio-updated so that I can use my auxiliary jack in the glove box as its just to low ( numerous threads on this forum ) Been to Prestige on 17, 3 times with this issue and they say the same thing. The radio is up to date must just be your phone or that's just how loud it is, sorry.

Any ideas as to why no one will help/any luck at other dealer ie: globe in fairfield..

Update: Anyone looking to do the Aux upgrade in North NJ go see David at Benzel Busch in Englewood NJ. Was able to install the update and replace some small part which was re called that I had no idea about!
