How bad an idea it is depends on whether there is fog where you live. If you never encounter fog, at best, it seems neutral.

I never thought that deleted fog lights improved appearance. I think it's always disappointing if fogs don't come standard in a vehicle, especially in a Mercedes.

You could paint the chrome rings a matte black to match the surrounding trim and add slight tint to the fog lights. That would make it less noticeable.

if you really had to do it then i would do it this way since deleting it would cause it to throw errors
