bought these for $235 directly from spec-d...I'm too cheap to buy the OEM ones... Anyway it's just plug and play with my C63 with lightning package... everything works fine.

lol!!! when I had these on my C300 it doesn't come with any manual but this time when I got it I see there are big difference... When cut the wire instead of two thing looks like a AA batteries noises now its just one. Dont know WTF u call those s*** but here is the pic they change it... see for yourself.

I installed these aftermarket lights tonight. I must say they do not fit as nice as the oem\s and they do rub the paint a bit. As the car body panels move slightly, they paint will wear. I have had this happen on previous cars. I also didn't like the buzzing even after I cut the green/yellow wire. Just seemed like a mess of wires back there also.

I just got these lights for my C63 2009 and of cause I got the buzzing sound but as well the message in the dash saying tail/brake light are broken! :-(
Did yours work strait away? Or did you need to do any modification?
The seller told me that they would work and they would modify them so I wouldnt get any mess. But that wouldnt work :-(. So to say the least Im so dissapointed with them right now. Sent the messages but havent heard anything in 8 hours.

They promissed that they would work on my C63. They even have that in their ad on Ebay! But I just think its some kind of modification they forgot to do.
Will be intressting to see if they will come through and get this fixed or if Im just ripped of

Same here have a C63... Passenger side i cut the green/yellow wire but the driver side just left it didnt cut the wire... Had it for a long time still no issues...

You can cut the green/yellow wire on both lights and it will shut off some of the buzzing. I accidentally cut the green/yellow wire in 2 places on both lights and I screwed them up. So I have to use a couple connectors to connect that wire back up. Works fine now. not sure how well these lights will hold up in the long run.
