Backup Cam flickering.

C300 AMG SPORT

Backup Cam flickering.

I installed my new Backup cam today , but when I press the gas the picture flickers. This also happens when I turn the headlights on and off. I accessed a ground (brown) and a 12v(grey/yellow stripe) from the Tail light harnest. I used T-taps to tap in to these wires video cable is not pinched and all connections behind the radio are good.

What do you think is going wrong?

2011 C300 Sport, P1, MM, Wood, Heated FS, DIY rearview camera.

I used the accessary outlet, either the front or the back I forgot. the camera picture is solid, as clean as it could be, never had any issue over a year now.

I have the same problem before. Solved by order 12v plug from ebay and used the accessories plug in the gloves box instead connect the wire. Good luck
