Where did I do wrong?
I tried to clean up my air filter both C230 & GLK350 2 days ago. I thought it should be easy and common. So, I diy C230 first. I unscrewed the air house, took out the filters and blew the air into the filter. Actually, it was not very dirty. I would like to take this opportunity to figure out whether both c230 & glk350 filter are the same.
After the air house was set, I did the same on my glk.
The nightmare comes in the next morning, both cars are choked when I start the engine and the engine service light comes on the dash board.
I have no idea why and how this happened. I am pretty sure I didn't touch or remove anything except the air house.
The next day, I borrowed a code scanner and got P0172 & P0175 on my glk, P0170,P0015 &P0173 on my c230.
Is there anyone can tell me where did I do it wrong? Is there anything I can make up? I can't belive that I screw up.

And don't try to clean filters. If they are dirty install new ones.

Thanks man. Actually, I installed couple times already but kept the original filter. I purchased a pair of new filters this morning and get ready to put them on either one tomorrow.............
Now, you know that both their filters are the same type.
