Looking to change my rims on my c350 08. Anyone have any suggestions as some good rims to put on as well as good prices/online vendors to look at?

My price range would be around 1200$ for 4 rims.

At that range you're looking at cast wheels. MRR, VMR, Miro, TSW, Avant Garde, Eurosport, Monarch, etc. If you bump up your budget a few hundred, you're in the Forgestar range which is also cast, but flow formed so stronger wheels. You could also hit up the used wheels in the classified section here. You might be able to score pretty solid wheels at a bargain price.
