2011 C250, 2011 VW Golf, 2004 VW Phaeton
headlight auto off?

I have noticed the headlight on my 2011 C250 will auto shut off after two minutes when the car is in P, engine idling, no foot on the brake. I have to manually turn on the headlight. Is this some kind of hidden feature or there is a problem?

'09 C350 4M, '11 Sienna SE, '84 VW Jetta GLi
saves bulbs, once you put it back into D or R they will turn on again.
