C300 Moar Low H&R SS HELP

Facts: c300 sports on h&r super sports springs, 18 inch amgs , 20mm wheel spacer in the rear, 10mm spacers in the front. Hate it or love it, I love poke and stretch. I rubbed with the 20mm spacers on so I changed out both rear conti tires to a stretched set up 225/40/18 now I have more room to go Moar low , I'm considering 5mm pads for the rear BUT.....

QUESTION: I hate how the rear always seems Lower than the front, I'm not sure if I installed the fronts wrong or not but it just doesn't sit as low, any pictures for reference would be great? Maybe I havnt sit the springs in the strut assembly correctly due to a rush install, MAYBE. I'm not sure. But it's driving me crazy, I want the front to go DOWN but I don't want to buy the coils for an extra few MM unless I have to. So please stance masters of the w204 gods please let the information rain on me! Front more low please. I will be opening up the front assembly to take a look at them while I order the 5mm rear pads, unless somebody has 5mm pads they want to sell to me, text 8083982898 for quick response tyvm loving mbworld members, this is my first post through my iPhone so be kind! And yes I'm from Hawaii born and raised

Post pics of your current setup so we can see what you're working with please. Even with coils you have the front sitting a few MM higher than the rear unless you don't wind the rear collars down all the way. It's the unfortunate side effect of the front wheel arch being much higher than the rear.

You're just the perfect guy to respond! I'll post some pictures as soon as I can , I hope I didn't screw up my install, some angles look weird. But I'm definitely tryin to go lower , maybe I should just bag it like loonz , any idea what numbers I'll be looking at and where do I go about this? Btw , sick offset you pulled off, I'm so biting it! Finally some wheel reference

Bagging the car will definitely solve all of your problems as far as dialing in the stance. I'm bagging mine very shortly but I'm in no hurry. All said and done it will cost you around $5000.00 for parts and install of a full airride system. I would highly recommend you seek out someone in your area that has experience installing airride and not just a garage that says "sure, we"ll give it a try". One of the guys that works for my insulation company has been bagging mini trucks and cars for 15 years, he rents part of my warehouse from me as a shop and I've seen first hand what he can do.
I'm glad my pics helped out with your wheels and I welcome seeing more guys running true stanced 204's. I'm going 18x9.5 215/35 front and 18x11 245/35 rears

What offset with that setup? Keep me posted on your progress bro! Also what setup of air suspension exactly? Brand etc I'm going to try install them my self. Its been tough as of now to find a legit setup for our w204s man! But for now, does anybody have any ideas how I could get my front down a little more? I'm ordering the 5 mm pads for the rear, anything for the front? Cutting the current spring pad thinner? Idk I hope somebody here tried something and could pass down the experience points . I would like tweak it while I save for the air ride

definitely check that the front coil ends are "clocked" properly, so the coil wire ends are butted against stops in the supports.

Any pic's of SS Springs out of the box? Anybody? Trimming the front coils may be an option.

Your car has the same rake as oem (which has bigger gap up front).

Getting the gaps (overlaps in your case) even will have the car extremely raked.

I'd try the 10mm spacer at the rear.

Curtains

Mixedfruits, that would defeat the "VIP" purpose wouldn't it? It's not very Vip to DIY lol im just joking! But on a serious note, it's really worth it to buy the OG jp curtains because the quality and look is just right , trust me please.

Alright kevink2! I'll make sure if the springs is siting correctly, the springs are pig tailed so I don't think it's an option to trim them .

These are H&R SS Springs, just not sure they are for the C300. Do they look familiar?

I had that issue with my car as well when I had my coilovers on. Looked more lower in the back (before I took collars out). Didn't bother me that much though. Like cleanbenz said, it will probably run you 5k in parts if you want to go that route. You could find shorter springs if you want to get that "static" factor.

Well first of all, stock tires usually come with 225/45/17 which is probably why the tires you have on it now is rubbing.

Springs and tire

Hello there loonie , your car got me a nice number of hits on instagram
r you officially on air now? If so , could you please give more info about them? I have not found any reference what's so ever on bags for our car. Have you seen roman's baggs ? Also what "shorter" springs could I purchase ? Brand and where could I find them? From my knowledge , I thought the as were the shortest. Also loonie , what collar are you referring to? Is it the front or rear?

What's your Instagram, lol? I could tell you the info through private message or if you have KIK message I could do it there instead of texting.
