Front tires rubbing

I am running a 235/35/19 good year eagle on 19x8.5. With 40 mm offset on front, I am rubbing bad on the front passenger side, I have tried to cut most of the lip out on the front top of the fender, I'm still rubbing, now I'm starting to have cuts in my tire, ... Has anyone rolled there fenders on w240 or pulled fender, any suggestions on fix?

That's the correct tire size (I'm running the same), so asuume you're lowered? Regardless, though, if you're rubbing only on one side, then you have an issue w/ your suspension. 40mm, while a tad low, shouldn't be causing tire cutting.

Not lowered, it seems it is catching the front top of the fender

Stock suspension you should have at least two+ fingers of gap. Blown shock IMO. Any leaking/oil on your springs or wheels?

That still doesn't explain why you had rubbing on only one corner of the car...
Keep us posted when you get the new wheels.
