Not just the C-Class. I just ordered an E-Class because I could not find one with a heated steering wheel. In the Northeast!

You can get it in the 2012 year C-Class model (North American) Winter Package. I opted out when I bought my car.

Only in Canada. In the US, we don't get the Winter Package/heated rear seats/3 zone climate control/heated wheel

As far as i know it is not available on the C or E class.

it was not online it was at the dealer...they offered me this option which I declined but after these last couple of days, it would have been a sweet option. I think it was included if you got the rear passenger package.
