do suction cup dent puller work?
Got my first dent today-- am pissed... Was driving about 60 mph when out of nowhere something hit the passenger A pillar. this caused a small dent (0.5cm) with loss of some paint. This is the first and only dent on my vehicle and have OCD when it comes to dents. My gf was telling me its nothing and you can barely tell -- but I want to fix it. So has anyone tried those cheap suction cup dent pullers? Do those work? Also where can I buy the touch up paint-- should I buy it from MB or would any generic brand work?

Don't waste your money.. A dent is not always easy to fix since it stretches the metal.
You can however try carbon ice but use ALL the safety equipment to handle this. I used it once on my old car for a dent that was large than the one you have as it shrinks the metal and causes it to bent back. Kind of the same way when you apply heat to saran wrap.
Take note that it may not work all the time and you need a heater like a blow dryer as you want to cause the metal to flex back fast.

yeah I thought those suction dent pullers were too good to be true.. appreciate all your suggestions but for the time being I will leave it alone. Next time I bring it in for service I will ask my stealer how much it will cost to fix.
