My wife's LCD in her 2008 C350 Went blank one morning. I have been looking for other threads and found none that helped. I'm a DIY person and looking for ways to trouble shoot the problem. I have checked the fuses and even tried to reset by pushing the call,end call and volume up button at the same time. Seen this on youtube. On the video the screen retracted and then popped back open. Any and all help would be so helpful.

I also have the same problem with Nav screen it is black. Every thing is working fine. If I shine a linght on it i can see the screen display. please help

Sounds like the Backlight went out and you'll need to replace the screen...

Sound Solutions in MD does great work to fix these. 410-882-5136. They repaired a friends car and he spoke highly of them.
