Lexol has great leather and vinyl products. You simply apply it, let it sit, and wipe off the excess.

I looked into this as well recently, I'm not sure if things have changed but MB has been using mainly MB-Tex which is not real leather; thus removing the need for the conditioner part. Cleaning is still needed though.

Mild soap & water to clean ~ don't overwet.

The feed with Lexol, Leatherique, Auto Glym, Maguiars Rich leather cleaner/conditioner cream or the Gliptone range of products.

Just last night I cleaned my beige leather driver's seat with Leatherique Prestine Clean which took about five minutes. I recommend it highly.

That sounds good, seems a bit expensive. I'll look for it in stores.

I don't know what sizes the product comes in now but the container I got is a lifetime supply.

You might have to find it online.

Leatherique's oil conditioner comes highly recommended as well.

I have a container of the Rejuvenator Oil that came with my Prestine (NOT Pristene, BTW) as a promotion but have not used it because my leather doesn't need it.

If you have an old car with leather that has dried out and is hard, the Rejuvenator Oil is what you need.

It is applied by applying it lavishly (their words) to your hand and slathering it generously all over the deteriorated surface. Twice. Then, the car is placed in a warm environment such as outside in Phoenix in July for 24 hours and allowed to get hot inside so the oil can do it's job. It sometimes has to be done twice for really ruined leather.

I have seen owner results posted on other MB Internet lists of how well this works and they are amazed at the restored softness of the leather. Leatherique also sells leather dye, BTW.

This is not a commercial but a report on the experiences of other MB owners of the old cars with the old type leather.

We don't need it.

Yet.
