Adjusting Driver's Seat

Adjusting Driver's Seat
Anyone know if there is a way to rig the driver's seat so that the seat bottom cushion will tilt up more in the front? I have it at it's max, but would like to find a way to raise the front up more (helps w/ the lower back problems). I find that it doesn't raise nearly as much as my past Volvo S60. Any ideas? It's a '12 C350 sedan w/ heated seats.

I don't know of any way to do this, and I would not make any changes to the original seat mount to raise the cushion. The overall seat attachment to the floor is a critical part of the passive restraint strategy. You could slide a thin pillow under your thigh for support, or find another one to offset the discomfort at your back. Seats are very individual...there is no ideal seat for everyone and a good test drive is always advised. One can much like an overall car, yet find the seat personally unbearable. I cannot drive my wife's E350 without a lumbar pillow, yet my C fits me very well as is.
