Another wheel question!

Hi everyone, please help!!!

I have a 2012 W204 Saloon.

Will wheels size 8J 18 inch with an ET of 35 fit my car?
If they will fit, will there be any problems, what will they look like and what tyres can I fit?

I'm a noob to all this so apologies for asking questions which may have already been answered.
