Brake issue?
When I bought the car, I was told that the dealership insures that brakes and rubber have over 50% to qualify for the CPO program.
I looked at the service history and saw that the tires had been done. The car currently has 40,000 km on it.
I noticed on Sunday that there is a very low rumbling noise when I hit the brakes lightly over 25km/h. It's really quiet, but it kind of feels like that low vibration and sound that you get when traveling on snow or rough road. I didnt notice it on test drive as it was a very snowy day,
Any insights? Could it need new brakes already and the dealer neglected to do it?

Since it has a warranty, let the dealer sort it out.

I was told that the oxidization was go away as I drive the car and the noise will stop.
Does this make sense?

Take a look at the disc itself with a torch to see whether there is any build up/rust .
If the noise is still there take it back to the dealer & be firm that you need a repair.
