New owner from MA!
Hello!
I just purchased a 2010 300 4matic about a week ago. I love it so far.
I've had everything from 400hp turbo 4cylinder imports, to a 07 z06 corvette.
I have ordered DDM HID's and plan on tinting the windows, and finding some AMG wheels.
Any other local owners on here?

Couple of points:
1) Your actual oil change capacity is 7.5-8 Quarts. Less than RWD models.
2) Make sure you use an approved motor:
mercedes-benz Approved Motor Oils 229.5
c350-diy-oil-change-pictures-
I suggest Castrol 0W-30 synthetic, from the list, for the cold winters up there.
3) Make sure the Trans and Torque Converter oil is changed every 40K miles, and if possible, check if it was done in the past.
4) Winters: You have staggered wheels with wider ones in the rear, and likely a Sport model. Since you are shopping for amg wheels (18" ?), I'd suggest putting good summer tires on the AMG's, and using current wheels for real snows.

ex local here. Raised in Medifeld Mass, Mech Engin'g degree at WPI in Worcester while in an appartment in Shrewsbury (gaitway to no-bags Spags on Rt-9) and finally did some illegal drag racing in Marlboro. How long have you been in Mass?

I havent heard of 18.5" wheels. Were you looking at something like these:
http://www.oemwheelplus.com/mercedes...rwu-p-323.html
FYI, here is oem info on all the C-Class (W204) wheels & tires:

The rear sidewall height on the oem staggereds is the same as fronts. The rear width is greater, so the tire has to have a lower aspect ratio to keep the same OD as the fronts.
Why 45mm when your source sells 35mm non stagger, same as oem 18"x8.5" offset ?

On the link you posted it says 225x45 front and 245x40 rear for tire size, isn't that different sidewall sizes? (I could be wrong )
And can we fit 35mm offset? I thought we couldnt. On the site I went to, any of the wheels w/ 35mm offsets didnt list the W204 as being a vehicle the wheels would fit.
Like these: http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...roducts_id=419
Says W201,202,203 only

The hood is covered in vinyl, I can remove it without doing any damage to the paint at any point.
