I asked carbonrevo, they did say the the 5mm gap issue is present with both the BS kit and the c63 replica. However they also said they are working on a stick on part that can be put on the bumper so that gap doesn't look bad, etc.

If that's the case maybe i should wait till they sorted a solution.
or change the headlight with hood and 2012 taillight
