You think the stock C300 transmission can handle the torque from the 6.2 V8?
I was told the transmissions are coded to the vin and cannot be swapped (can anyone confirm). Is that what you are referring to?
To the OP- besides the cost of the engine, transmission, exhaust, and other parts, you will have to replace the bumper, hood, front fenders and rear valance. Probably leaving things out but the point is made.
