Can I upgrade my steering wheel on my 2011 C300?

I'm looking forward to seeing those new headlights! 
Almost makes me wish I didn't do a facelift conversion!
btw, in your first few pictures of your C300 2010, the graphics and visuals on your speedometer are much more advanced than my black and white one, does that come with the Multi media package or something or was it a software/hardware upgrade?

All cars (C class, GLK, E class W212) in photos above been retrofited with : Comand DVD + AMG Steering Wheel + Color Speedometer

I like the upgrade on the c-class! How much did you buy it for? Was there any issues with the airbag? Did you install it and is it plug n play? Does the light work at night?
