iPod question for 2008 C-Class

I have an iPod classic, but I would like to view the songs on the dash instead of the command. Is this possible? My car does have a navigation, not sure if it's a way to hack it or not.

If not, can I at least organize the songs via the COMAND by album or artist at least? This list view sucks.

You can bring it up on the dash by scrolling through the menus using the arrows on your steering wheel. You can also organize the songs on COMAND by either just pressing down on the song selection screen, or pushing the knob down and going to Music I believe, from there you can select artists/albums/tracks/playlists etc.

That didn't work. Also, I meant is it possible for it to show up on the navigation screen? I have the one where the navigation screen pops out of the board.

If you didn't have navigation unit, you could get this add on item called NAV+4. Then the songs could appear on the tiny 4-inch screen that non-Nav cars have. NAV+4 is like a $2000 dealer installed item.

You can always arrange MP3s onto DVDs or CDs and put them in your changer.

Or use the memory card feature.

Personally, I love the satellite radio.

True, I end up using the memory card for my more favorite albums. The iPod for everything else not on Sat.radio.
