I recently did an ATF at the dealership. Before going in to do so I called to confirm if they flushed the TC. The SA ensured me that they would, however the day I came to pick up my car it was near closing time so I didn't get a chance to read over my invoice. After looking it over today, I feel as if they did not flush the TC as promised. I contacted service, but my SA was gone for the day, and asked if they can email me a work order of the service done. They were almost taken back by my request, stating that they follow the manual to an exact. I was firm and indicated there has been many issues with dealerships not flushing the TC and I just wanted to make sure. They even said they are not sure if they can provide me with the information requested. Here's my invoice. It seems to me they only charged for 6 qts...but it does not indicate units of measurement. I don't want to be known as a b*tch, I just want to make sure they did what they promised.
Has any one in Texas done an ATF w/ Park Place MB and do you have proof of the TC being flushed?

I've had an ongoing issue with my dealership for awhile with whatever it may be. I've had the same issue you've had. It holds 9 I believe , they didn't drain the TC and just tell them you willbe contacting MBUSA if they don't prove to you otherwise that they followed the WIS , (WORKSHOP INFORMATION SYSTEM ) . it does not vary by dealership because they are all obligated to follow the WIS when servicing our vehicles they just love that half job attitude and think they can get away with it. If it comes down to calling MBUSA or wherever your headquarters is just let them know they are refusing to follow the WIS and neglecting to service your vehicle probably , contaminating new oil with the old inside the TC. Thanks for the advice. I did read into other posts and am trying to find the correct WIS just in case they ask me. I saw your post on "updated step by step" 12.8.11? Is this the correct WIS for my 2009 C300 RWD?
