2013 C250 Sedan or 2011 C300 4matic Sport?
I currently own a 2011 C300 4matic Sport and today I drove a loaner base model 2013 C250 sedan, the C250 feels much smoother and has more pick ups, although the C300 has more hp (228 vs 201), do you feel the same way?
2011 C300 Sport 4matic owners, does your car take time to response when stepping on the accelerator? Do you really feel any difference between drive in E vs S mode??
Suggestions and comments are always welcome.

The difference you are feeling between the two is probably the base model vs. the 4 matic model. I imagine the turbo helps with pick-up. Typically having a turbo allows more room to modify the car and increase HP with a few simple upgrades. I would like to see what people are getting for HP out of a C250 with intake and exhaust mods and maybe a PCU reflash. I am willing to bet it would far exceed that HP of the C300. The Audi A4's have been modded for years and put out decent HP with their 1.8 Turbo motors.

I felt almost the opposite. I have a '12 C300 4Matic Luxury model. During the last service, I got 2012 C250 sport as a loaner for 3 days. The C300 Lux was obviously quieter and it felt smoother. The C300 seemed to be better when starting from 0 speed, but C250 could pick up speed well from low speed to high speed.

1. Turn the ignition key to the on (not start) position.
2. Press the gas pedal to the floor and hold for five seconds.
3. Turn the key to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas pedal.
4. Wait at least two minutes for ECU to reset.
Do this, then let it rip on the high way. Let me know if you still want the c250

It makes quite a difference. After a couple of weeks of very sensible driving (averaging 25.8 MPG combined), I wanted to play around a bit today and my car was rather unwilling to cooperate. A quick reset restored its playful demeanor (and helped me to wreck that average
)

I am not a fast driver and the luxury model suits me better in a few areas, such as softer ride , luxury look (instead of sporty look on trim, location of tri-star, driving wheel, height, etc.). I need a small car for everyday's commute. C300 Lux meets all my requirements almost perfectly.

I have a 2013 C250 and the TCU reset did nothing for me. And i don't drive aggressive at all. On an aggressive scale out of 10 (10 being pedal to the metal at every stoplight), I'm probably at a 6.
