I've thought about covering up the white portion, but I will see how it feel after a few months. I did not like the look of the headlights on eBay, but after seeing them on, they look a million times better. It truly accents the car perfectly IMO.

How much lower is the front end after the lip install? Is there much flex to the lip? How much extra width on the front end?
Also, do you have any other photos of the headlights... for my own interest, haha.

Depends if you cut the side tabs or not.
This is the lowest part of the lip if you don't do any cutting. Notice how it is LOWER than the rubber flap.

This was too low for my taste. Leaving this alone is asking for the sides to get ripped off by a parking bump stop or whatever you call them. So, I did a little modification of my own...

I used a dremel and basically cut off the portion covered with blue tape (more than an inch)

This is the side profile. I originally thought it lowered the overall height of the front bumper...

...but if you look further underneath, it doesn't.

If you talk OVERALL width....maybe 1/2 inch on each side?

If you are talking about how much it extends the front...well...

Overall, while it doesn't actually lower the front bumper, it does however extend it thus lowering your approach angle. The ramps that you see in the picture is measured at 17 degrees and it BARELY makes it.

I forgot to mention....
The kit doesn't come with instructions. (didn't bother me)
What slightly bothered me was it didn't come with any mounting tape. (again no biggie since it technically didn't need it, but I used some anyways).
What bothered me the most was the type of mounting screws JLMotoring expected you to use. (This was unacceptable IMO)
The left is what they supplied. It almost seemed like wood screws and they were long and thin (I wanted to minimize the amount of exposed screws under the bumper). To the right is shorter but thicker screws with a thick head/washer.

Both mounting tape and automotive trim screws can be found in any auto parts store. If you look at the previous photos, you'll see how these screws blend nicely with the black lip.
