brake pedal too high, HELP!
Looked at a C250 tonight with my GF and her having small feet we realized the brake pedal sits really high in the car (as in inches from the ground). We noticed its the same with the C300. Are there any fixes for this? Is it adjustable as it is on certain other cars? Any help is appreciated as we both really like the car but having to raise the foot of the ground to brake really poses a safety concern.

I have size 12 feet and have always had to lift my foot (which rests on the floor while using the accelertor) to depress the brakes. Most brake pedals are closer to the driver than the accelerator and higher off the floor...especially considering our accelerators are floor hinged.
What did you drive before? Maybe it's just something that you need to get used to??
