Exhaust is a personal preference. Eisenmann are great but expensive. Other than that- many have custom exhaust fabricated which would be less expensive.
There is no Cold Air Intake for the C300- You already have Ram Air pulling the air from outside. You can try to find some less restrictive air filters, but less restrictive=less filtering.
