Getting Nailed by the Men
I was driving home from a boxing event on sunday early morning and was pulled over by a cop and was told my insurance was suspended but I know it wasnt because insurance just paid for body work and I had ID cards to prove im fine but he didnt care. He gave me a ticket and towed my car i got two questions who do i fight to pay the tow fees since it isnt my fault and question two i didnt see my car get put on a flat bed my gf picked me up before tow truck got there should i worry about any damage to the car going on a flatbed like srcatched bumper or anything because i just had my front bumper resprayed. it was towed by a body shop that does work for the town i guess

Sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds like a possible error on the part of your insurance company. I would contact your agent and get them involved. They do have some pull to keep their customers happy.
As far as the towing- NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR!!!!!!!
I sat there and recorded them towing my totaled C300. Even when I saw him hooking a chain around something under the rear bumper, I told him there was a tow point on the back bumper and he needed to use the tow hook in the trunk.
He said "I Know How To Tow A Car".
I said "OK. But do you know how to tow a Mercedes?"
I told him if he damaged the Carbon Fiber Diffuser- he was paying for it.
He used the Tow Hook.

Ye I know I should have stayed he first came with a regular tow truck I told him its a 4matic and you need a flatbed so when he left to go get it thats when I left and cop stayed back to wait for him, I mean i have proof body work was just done so theres no way their should be any damage, thats really the only thing bothering me now knowing so manhandled my car and I wasnt there. Im hoping he seen that car is pretty low even though it hasnt been dropped to use planks or something to get it on without damage or they not care about what happens to the car
