LED DRL - Always on ?

Hello Everyone,

I tried searching the forum but I was unable to find anything. I was wondering if there is a thread that explains how to wire up the DRL so they are always on when the car is running ?

I thought DRLs are always on unless turned off from the Instrument Cluster or the headlight dial?

Only when I switch off the car then it'll switch off.

I have asked several companies in Shanghai and they all say no... Dont understand why its so hard to have these on.. Must be a simply software update.

i tapped it into my side marker so mine are always on.

So you just butt spliced the power wire from the side markers? And they run full power? any errors?

yeah there is a DIY on here somewhere. No errors when i was on the stock bulbs. When I installed aznoptics leds, my drivers side flashes every now and then and when i want to run my eyebrows on that drl sometimes does not light. I need to replace the bulb tho i believe.

Willis, read page two of the thread below. I have a link in there for a simple harness that will light up the DRLs when the ignition is switched out of position one and will turn off a few seconds after the key is removed.
