Rain sensor retrofit working but slight problem. DAS settings?
I got a rain sensor and installed it.
I have enabled it using DAS developer mode and it functions as it should, well 95%.
The problem i am having is if i leave the wiper switch in position 1 then remove the key, next time i go to start the car the wipers are off rather then being in rain sensing mode, if i turn the wiper switch off, or go to another setting & then back to position 1 they work as they should. The main reason i am trying to fix this issue is because my roof wont close when it rains (I have enabled this feature as well) I have a feeling if i figure out how to fix this first issue, the second one will be cured as well.
I would assume this may be some hidden German setting in DAS, but i have no idea and im wondering if anyone has experienced this.
