Got a call from the mothership
Currently I have a problem with the dealership selling me a CPO that shouldn't have been certified at all. dealership knows this and failed to acknowledge it. I emailed the mothership in Germany and received a call from them, they sided with me and were shocked that MBUSA is not doing anything to help. At the end of the conversation , I got a don't worry ill take care of it and give you a call tomorrow . WOW. just wanted to share my story with everyone and in the future if you have problems with a dealership or MBUSA hopefully my story helps. ill keep you updated.
Thanks for stepping it up Mercedes.

Are you saying that as part of the CPO process they are required to install new brakes even if the current ones are still in good shape? Our CPO'd car certainly didn't have it done prior to our purchase either.
