My C300 Sport is too low! #speedbumps #potholes #killme
Even the front of our AWD hit behind the front wheels, stuffing rubber blocks in the front spring coils resolved this, although sometimes it still hits unless going very slow.
Wish I had the Luxury suspension and seats in the AMG Sport C300, then the whole "Mercedes experience" would be less distressing. My V12 in San Diego has yet to hit on a speed bump, even when not slowing down for them, because of its far superior suspension.
Is this normal or am I just a bad driver? This is going to be my daily car. I honestly don't know how people drive this thing around everyday. It can't be good for the car. Please advise!
2) if so, see if the springs seem new or perhaps colored.
It sounds like the car was lowered. The height difference between lux and sport is only .6" .
If possible click a pic of side view, and/or measure height to the top of fender arches above the wheels ..... mam.

I'm not sure if these pictures would be helpful in determining whether my car is lowered or not. Please let me know what you think. Thanks guys!

PS: See how far away I parked from the other cars? Any guesses to where I am?
Will having the car in motion with the parking brake on cause any problems? I have quickly turned off the parking brake as soon as I noticed it being on in the lot. I'm not sure that is causing this issue, but my breaks don't seem to have much hold. Should I bring my car back to the dealer to have them inspect it?

I wish there was someone nearby that could take a look at my car. I am clueless as can be when it comes to cars.

If the parking brake switch is poorly aligned this may cause contact and send a warning even if the pedal hasn't been depressed, and this should get fixed or adjusted.
Where do you live?
Are steep driveways typical?
Does your driveway have a rain trough across the bottom of it :
Trough where driveway meets road
Is the road in front of your driveway have a steep pitch?
Does it go boom when you turn left and right onto the driveway?

Also it looks like your hood is not closed, that could cause all kinds of problems like noises, vibrations and the hood flying open.

It's been under one month since I purchased the car. The dealer has a one-month policy that says if I'm not satisfied with the vehicle then I could bring it back and trade. Do you think I could use that as leverage for them to fix my breaks? Couldn't they give me new break pads or something? I do not want to pay for it considering I just purchased it very recently.

My car only scrapes at the bottom of the driveway going into/out of the garage. Needless to say, I no longer park my car in the garage. No rain trough, I don't think.
Captfx, we are neighbors.
