It's great to hear the dealers here in shanghai take good care of their clients especially during after sales service and rgd warranty issues.

I can't wait to get my new C180 😁

Btw does anyone know if Vossen rims are produced in China ? Found a seller in Ningbo offering a good deal claiming they are 100% originals.

Why would you need a universal wastegate?

I guess you mean a blow off valve?

That wont work as this engine (M274) uses a closed loop charge air system, the air flow meter is excpecting the extra air from the internal BOV,and when dumping the charge air into the atmosphere the engine will run rich at times causing all sorts of problems.

Ya external bov will mess up our engine. If you get a cone intake you'll be able to here the extra air purge back into the intake system. Kind of sounds like a BOV but not as loud. Unfortunately our cars aren't suited for external bov's =(

here's what mine sounds like after putting in a cone intake:

the video's sound is a bit distorted as I was beside a freeway, but the 'psssh' sound after throttle release is the closest you'll get to a BOV sound on these engines. Not that loud but audible inside the car if you turn off the radio haha

Youll need higher ET, 45mm in front and 55mm in the rear.

Not sure if I can't get 55ET but 45 I can for sure. 45 would fit the rear too right ? Just won't have the same look ?

I've got 18x8.5 +35 on 225/40/18 lowered on hr ss with no problems. If he's not lowering then he should clear with the 9.5 rears on 245/40/18.

late 2009 CLK 350 Coupe Elegance, '65 Jaguar S Type wires
For comfort sake in a company car I would go for 17 inch wheels with higher profile tyres.
