SparkPlug Part No.

Hey guys, I just hit 100k i believe im overdue for sparkplugs. Im having trouble finding which plugs exactly are the recommended ones for our cars.

Every thread says check your manual, but i bought my car used and it didnt come with one.

I was thinking of going either Bosch, Denso, or NGK, but im having trouble finding which part no. from those brands i should go with. And on autozone/orielys site only the bosch ones say pre-gapped. The others say gapped to .32. So what should the gap be if i went with a different brand?

Thanks guys
