Here is the installation guide for the "Brains" of the unit. (This will get you the remote start off the Panic Button from your factory keys and gives you an extra accelerometer (motion/bump sensor) within the unit.)

Then you'll need the Drone Mobile DR-2000, This will get you (Lowjack) GPS tracking and remote start from your Smartphone anywhere you have cell service.

Drone Mobile requires a subscription service for GPS tracking. View Dronemobile.com for Rates. I'm just doing the yearly plan for now. Also the DR-2000 has a sim card in it which needs to be activated through the DroneMobile website. It means that your car is essentially a cell phone that needs to have cell service (I haven't figured out which cell company it uses) but take a look at this map, if you live in an area that doesn't have great coverage either move or don't get this product. It took me forever to re-find all these install guides on-line if you buy the products they come with them as paper print outs. So sorry for the delay, also I still will post a video on YouTube as soon as I get time.
EDIT: I called Firstech maker of DroneMoblie and found out that the GPS/Cell unit (DR-2000) Uses AT&T Carrier. Basically anywhere in the USA/Canada that has AT&T Data coverage (All data services GPRS, 2G, 3G, 4G...ETC) the remote start from the DroneMobile App will work. Keep in mind that your smartphones cell carrier has NOTHING to do with the car's cell service. Basically you can have any data service on your phone and it will work. It's like sending a picture message from your phone AT&T to someone who has Verizon. They all communicate together over data. This AT&T service for the DroneMobile DR-2000 is covered by your yearly subscription service with DroneMobile.com. Again check the map below, the only time I have trouble will the App remote start is when I park in a underground parking garage (Common sense). I have an AT&T iPhone 5 so now I'll be able to gauge when I don't have cell service I can just use the factories panic button remote start when walking up to my car. Hope this makes sense and helps you guys out.

I just got the Dronemobile version 3.0 android application update and I noticed my voltage, temperature and lock/unlock status is never correct.
So I called tech support and you know what they told me? That my controller doesn't support vehicle status.
A primary selling feature of their product!I also have premium service and the tech support guy is saying that this is not supported by my controller. Looool!!!
Can anyone with dronemobile confirm this on their W204?
Allows tracking/location (option you must pay for)..it works as advertised...they just released a new app revision..not sure if I like all that much...yet...
Had professional shop install due to my ML has the keyless start which requires additional wiring to module under rear seat..
Just do it !!!!..especially here with the cold winters it should be provided by manufacturer as the new GM vehicles/caddies that use onstar...

I've had it for a year and half.
Vehicle status not working correctly with Android 3.0 application update.
Tech support now says vehicle status not supported with w204 benz data controller.
