Some updated pics
Been a while since I last posted pics. Dare I say... I think I'm done modding? Just enjoying the drive these days and not planning out the next upgrade.
I do need to spend a good half-day on a full detail. Have never polished the car yet and it's really starting to show...
I will probably swap the stock tailights back in. I put one coat of Nightshades on along with three coats of clear and like the look of the red sections, but the clear sections look spotty/orange-peel'y due to the single coat. Looks fine from a distance, but for an OCD person, up close bothers me.

Thanks for the kind words!
I used one coat of Nightshades and three coats of clear. They are actually lighter than what you see in the pics due to the shade/dusk. See how much red is still present in the first pic compared to the rest? As I said in my original post, because I only wanted a light tint and used one coat, the clear part of the lens has an orange-peel effect that I didn't like so I put the original lights back on. Been thinking about stripping the tinted set and re-doing, but alas, no time.

You can also check you local hobby store for Tamiya smoke spray, it's what I used on my tails, did 3 coats then clear. There is a tutorial on how to get it to shine online if you google.
