"Brake water" inside wheels?
With 20s there is a lot more wheel to clean, after ive washed the entire car, dried it thoroughly and then drive it home, the water caught inside the rotors have mixed with the brake dust and turned into a black/brown fluid that splashes into the entire wheel which is a pain to wipe off.
Anyone noticed this problem and have a solution other than letting the entire car dry for a few hours befor driving?

I noticed the same thing when I went from my stock wheels to my pretty "open" 18s.
It helps not to use the parking brake and to roll the car about 1/2 wheel rotation forward or backward and re-rinse the wheels/rotors one last time to get the rusty water off and out of the ventilated parts of the rotor.
I use a couple paper towels to get the last little bit after I finish drying and touching up everything.

For my Vossen's, I put liquid dish detergent in a spray bottle mixed with water and I spray the inside of the wheel and out side lightly, avoiding the rotor or caliper. Spray bit on your towel to get it damp to wipe your spokes off. Liquid dish soap in a spray bottle mixed with water works very very well at breaking down break dust and road grime and is very gentle.

I use a pressure hose/gun to get right into the rotors and pads to get the dust off. Don't seem to have a problem after that.
