Found my Problem
Okay.
So i took it to a guy here who actually went out and investigated the problem. My EGR Cooler was completely blocked with Carbon. i Know it cools down the gasses that goes back in to the engine. It cost me about R5000 to repair this.
I am Attaching the pictures. Hope it will help someone else too.

Hey Guys.
So you all read about my ESP Problem.
Here is my History.
1. Esp Unavailable and goes into Limp Mode. December 2014. I Replaced Boost Pipe. Problem Solved.
2. 10 Months Later it went into Esp Unavailable again. Took it to many workshops including Agents and no one could diagnose the problem. They told me that there must be a wire somewhere that is not making connections. Took it to electricians and they could not find anything wrong. So i started losing hope.
3. i Read on the blog about EGR valve being corroded. Took it out and cleaned it with Carb Cleaner. But still went into Limb. Especially when i was driving at low speeds.
4. Last Mechanic who actually went out of his way to find the problem . He found that the EGR Cooler was blocked with carbon. Unfortunately they cant clean that part and i had to get a decent used one as a new one will cost me my house. They replaced it and i can say that i have driven my car a few days now, And it has not yet given me any more problems. No Limp Modes or anything. It drives like a new car
again.
I Am going to Johannesburg this weekend with it. I will keep you posted on what happened on the road. But i Believe that my car is now sorted.

"ESP unavailable"
Hi Guys,
Bought a C200 08` last fall, and for some reason my ESP indicator turn on at certain situations.
Only uphill over the mountain, and after I reach around 80-90km/h and abt 2500rpm.
I have read different forums trying to figure out what this can be, I have even put on entirely new tires without any luck. Well, it did help in some way, now I can push my car a little more before the ESP message returns.
I can turn the car off and on again and the problem is "gone".
I checked my battery, in its shows abt 11.98 volts, does anybody have any experiance if this can be the sole problem and just replace the battery with a new one? Its the same battery since it was new (2008).
My car is also tuned up to 240hp, not sure if this has any impact on it?

Highly doubt it. I would bet a few bucks that the TPMS system would notify of the tire pressure issue before ESP would come into play.
I would imagine that something like you are describing to happen, the tire would probably need to be almost completely flat before making such a big difference in the circumference of the tire that there would be noticeable difference in the wheel speed.
Then again... I'm no automotive engineer, sooo...
Anyway..., been about 4 months now since I did the steering angle sensor reset and so far no issues.

change the vgc
how do I reset the steering angle sensor?

SEEING TRUMPS GUESSING....
You know these cars run on modules networked together - They are also connected to a DLC connector where you can SCAN your list faults.
No need to through money guessing
Reason I am saying this is there are dozens of ways to disrupt these computers mad. Each car develops its own preference based on low voltage, heat cycles, vibrations, good old salty conditions.
FAULTS come in snowballs! Disrupted modules interact negatively... a quick scan helps see what team is playing the lead game.

I had the exact same ESP issue. I always swap my wheels out according to time of year for winter driving. On a few occasions due to extreme heat and extreme cold I had this happen to me several times during my 10 yr ownership of my ML63. Paid dealership to code it, they couldn't provide a solution and couldn't recreate the problem.
I never thought to check air pressure in tires when this limp mode happens. This seems to happens more frequently when im swapping out my custom wheels during summer/winter changes without adding/reducing to exact tire pressure specs. Still happens on occasion. I will check my tire pressure on the spot when it happens again and provide feedback to this thread.
Thanks for input

I will have mine checked as well for this same issue. I want to share with you that mine can go weeks or even months without ESP issues and when least expected....limp mode again. Im looking into tire pressure and diameter mismatch for mine since I swap my wheels out for winter/summer driving.
Thanks for post
