2014 C Class Release Date

I'm hoping Sept 1 will be the release date. Can't wait for my new wheels.
After many requests to my dealer, and his to MBUSA, he advised me the car will be released in early September.
As of today that is still the expected time frame.
Any members that have received a new 2014 model could you post a photo of the new grille and or wheels?
Thanks in advance.
Pricing was another thing. In June pricing was NOT set. When I received the update that it was in Port I asked about pricing. Here's my window sticker. I'm interested what others might be paying. Invoice? Less? etc

When the facelift cars first came out in 2012, if you wanted the 6 disc CD/DVD changer or the lighting package, it was a 6+ month wait. I lucked out and got mine in 6 months - the lower end of the projections. Had I pressed for a German production car, it would have been even longer.
The Tsunami in Japan destroyed several factories where parts for our cars were made - and certain options were damn near unavailable unless you waited.
Congratulations - it's an amazing car!

I find it hard to believe the salesman would not check the status every day for his customer's waiting for their cars. A simple computer check and five minutes online would tell him if anything changed. There is no reason I should have to tell him, a car I have been waiting for, for two months, has been released.
In any case it should be here next week.
I am sure there are lots of trucks delivering the CLAs to dealers through out the
country.
Thanks SKYMOM for the heads-up.
The car drives great and is a huge step up from Japanese imports.

where are you located?
Sean, please do not keep us in suspense. Lets see the photos!

I am also waiting for a Mars Red C350. Did you order the AMG 18" wheel package? Pix please.
What other differences do you see?
Besides the black painted grille fins (prior years were silver), I noticed that the ambient lighting inside is missing from the interior door pulls (not the metal levers) but the place where you place your hand to pull the door shut. The usual amber strips of light shine inside the door handles; however the door itself is dark. I had prior C250 loaners and noticed they had the additional lights. A bit bummed about that. I'm having my dealer check into that.
I'll have to snap interior night photos.

What interior does it have? Mine is Cappuccino, which I have never seen. Dealer only had photos.
Are the 18" AMG wheels the same as previous years?
What tire size on front and back. MFg?
Thanks
Wish there was more lighting but I'm sure that'll come with the next series iteration.
The wheels are the same 5 twin spokes that have been available for several years now. They have aged well and continue to look striking on most MB models.
Another thing deleted are headlamp washers. I have the lighting package and there are no cut outs on the bumpers where the sprayer nozzles deploy from. That's not a big deal for me as I'm in California but still.
It's day three for me and the car drives fantastic and keeps turning heads.
SKYKING44, I'll check out the tire sizes for you too.

SKYKING44, hope this means your wife's car is going to arrive soon too (mine went to Massachusetts, might take a little longer to get to you perhaps.)

.
I asked the service department about them and why they're not on my almost fully optioned 350. They had no idea but suspected at its a standalone option.
They're checking if the door pull inserts can be replaced with lit ones.
Is not the end of the world but the additional lights sure warm up the cabin more. I will def be checking for these on my next order.
Car is doing great and hope everyone else enjoys theirs.
