Can someone identify what this problem can be?

I drive a 2011 C300 4matic, once a while when I gas then let go of the accelerate pedal, the car push forward a bit/jerk. Anyone know what can be the problem? I took it to the service center but it was hard to identify this problem as it doesn't happen often. please help

The next time you think it might happen, try to watch the tach to see if it suddenly drops as you feel the surge forward. These two events would occur during an upshift, as you let off the throttle. The lack of smoothness would be a trans issue, possibly corrected in calibration by the dealer. But, this is still a very early guess/question.

Sounds like a "possible" failing motor mount.

Thank you for all your replies. The tach doesn't drop when i felt the surge forward. I found out it pushes forward once a while when I'm braking. Can it be like dropping gears? Anyone??
