Pretty simple. The front ones unscrew counterclockwise. The rear ones just pull off. For the rear, use a pair of pliers and gently twist back and forth while pulling up. The new ones screw on the front and push on the back. Use a drop of super glue on the back ones. One of mine actually popped off and got lost.

On the rear I would strongly suggest you wrap the pliers with some cloth to prevent any accidents. Also, keep your head out of the way when pulling. I ended up with split eyebrow by not following those precautions.
Another suggestion is to remove the rear door panels and actually pop the pins in place. The door panels come off in 5 minutes and the pins stay there much better.
